What is Cranio-Sacral Balancing?
Cranio-Sacral Balancing is a system of re-establishing
symmetry of soft tissue, tension and joint mobility.
Cranio-Sacral work is a gentle form of holistic therapy
developed from cranial osteopathy and oriental
approach to bodywork. It uses light touch to evaluate
and affect the cranio-sacral system, i.e. the cranium
(skull), the spinal coloumn and the membranes and
cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain
and spinal cord, which then helps create
a sense of balance from the top of
the head to the base of the spine.
